I am now specialising in the area of Business Card design for new and existing businesses.

My designs can feature your current logo, or a new one if you wish, all of your necessary contact information, and of course, some K@design style! If you do require my services for the design of a new logo, I will offer the design and print of a pack of business cards for free, included in the price of the logo design!

How does the process work?

Firstly, we need to have a chat about what sort of thing you’re after. I can work to your specifications, whether that be a certain layout, colour combination or size; I can also use my creative mind (and Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator CS5) to come up with a brand new unique design that’s perfect for you – in my opinion. It’s easier to get a design you love first time round if we discuss ideas and preferences beforehand, so that I know what you love and why. I can put together a few rough sketched designs to show you.

I’ll then go off to my computer and get cracking with text editing a vector mascots to create the vision we first put to paper. If you’re not happy with the design I develop, I will try again to meet your standards – as with all my services – because customer satisfaction is my number one guarantee.

What happens next?

Once you have the design from me, you have two options:

• I send you the finished .psd/.ai/.pdf file for you to send to your own printing company,
• Or I send it off to my friends in the industry at MOO and get you a good deal on fantastic quality printed cards:
  • Two size choices: 85x55mm or 70x28mm
  • Rounded cornered cards available for large cards- for that individual look
  • Optional 100% recycled paper cards, manufactured using only wind power
  • Packs from 50-8000 cards at a time (100-16000 for small cards!)
  • Quality guarantee: if they aren’t right, send them back!

When printing through me, the cost of the project will increase to include printing and delivery costs, but I will still do a better deal than a private printer. Your cards will also be printed to the highest quality on smooth, thick, recycled paper cards, so they always look stunning and look after the environment in the process.

How much will it cost?

I cannot give a standard price due to the simple fact that every person and company is different. Everyone requires different levels of assistance to think and discuss the design, and some people are more picky than others and require tweaking of every finite detail (in which case I will spend more time on the logo to please you).

I charge a variable fee per design, depending on the complexity and number of hours spent, however this is negotiable based on the number of cards you are purchasing. The more cards you would like, the cheaper the price per card, so it may be worthwhile to order more than you need now so you don’t have to come back later. I will of course save and backup all the files I use for your cards online, or send you them, so that you can come back if you wish to. I can provide a free taster pack of 10 cards so you can check your design and the quality of printing too!
